Next course 17.4-12.6.2024
The second level WSET Level 2 Award in Wines course takes a deeper look at the different wine regions and the wines produced there.
There are no entry requirements and all wine enthusiasts and people working with wine are welcome to attend. The language of the course material and the exam is English.
We also teach WSET courses in Tampere. Teaching in Tampere will be in Finnish language. See more information in Finnish pages.
WSET Level 2 schedule:
17.4 Wine appreciation, food and wine pairing, red wine production
8.5 White wine, dessert wine and rosé production, white grape varieties.
22.5 Red grape varieties.
29.5 Italian wines, sparkling wines and fortified wines.
12.6 Review and exam.
Evening classes from 17:30 to 21:00 in a wine cellar in the centre of Helsinki.
The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions with a 1 hour answer time.
Course price: 750 €
The course price includes everything! (VAT, study materials, exam and wine tasting during the course).

WSET Level 2 Online
The WSET wine qualification can also be taken as an online course. Language for the course in English. An online course may also be a suitable option for those who live further away from Helsinki or Tampere, or if their work allows them to taste a lot of wines.
WSET Level 1 and 2 courses can be done at home, including the multiple choice exam with remote invigilation.
