Wineserver organizes private wine tastings
Wine tasting is a popular activity for team days, client events, Christmas parties, stag and hen parties and all kinds of celebrations. The event can be held remotely, at your premises, or at a wine cellar in the centre of Helsinki.
Online wine tastings
Themed wines are ordered in advance and delivered directly to the participants, for example to different locations around Finland. The wines are then tasted together via video link (e.g. Zoom). The cost of the tasting is 150€ +VAT 24% plus the wines to be tasted.
Wine tasting at your premises
Wine tastings can also be held at the company’s own premises or in a rented venue. The wines are ordered in advance and I will arrive to provide the guided tasting. The cost of the tasting is 350€ + VAT 24% plus the wines to be tasted and possible glass rental.
Classic Wine Cellars
Our wine cellar is in a great location in the centre of Helsinki, at Eteläesplanadi 20. The space can accommodate about 30 people. The final price of the tasting depends on the size of the group and the wines to be tasted. Most themes can be arranged at this price:

Additional persons 35€ +VAT 24%
Includes a guided tasting of five wines according to selected theme
Higher value wines such as champagnes and catering will increase the price slightly

To estimate the price for the tasting, I need to know the size of the group, where the event will take place, the theme of the tasting and the date of the event if already decided.
Below are a few popular examples of themes, but the content can also be tailored to your wishes. For first-timers, I recommend the theme of wine tasting and the most common varieties. In this session we will go through how to taste wines and all the observations that should be made about them, and what these observations mean in relation to, for example, the climate, the age of the wine, or the production method.
