Wine Scholar Guild is an international provider of wine education. The range includes French, Italian and Spanish wine diplomas, as well as Master level courses in different wine regions.
Wineserver Wine Academy is the official educator of the Wine Scholar qualifications in Finland.
Wine Scholar Courses:
The course materials are comprehensive and up-to-date. The English-language book covers all the wine regions of the country, their history, growing environment and winemaking. Passes to the study materials on the Wine Scholar Guild website are valid for one year. The main focus of the school days is on wine tasting and analysis. The course book and exam are in English. The course concludes with a 100-question multiple-choice exam lasting one hour. Those who pass the exam will receive a pin, a diploma and a title Italian Wine Scholar (IWS), French Wine Scholar (FWS) or Spanish Wine Scholar (SWS).
