WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits
The WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits course is ideal for anyone interested in spirits.
This course introduces you to the raw materials used in the most common types of spirits and their processing, distillation and maturation. The course will cover brandy, vodka, whisky, rum, tequila, gin, flavoured wines and liqueurs and their sensory tasting and evaluation.

WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits
The second level of the WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits course takes a deeper look at different spirits. The course covers cognac, clavados, armagnac, pisco, grappa, brandy, vodka, whisky, rum, tequila, mezcal, gin, flavoured wines and liqueurs, as well as their sensory tasting and evaluation.
There are no entry requirements and all enthusiasts and those working with beverages are welcome to attend.
